Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping

Unless otherwise noted, all items are made to order and require 5–10 business days for production before shipping. If you need your order sooner for an event or special occasion, please contact us—we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for unused items within 10 days of delivery.  You must contact us within this 10-day window to initiate the return process. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. To be eligible, leather items must show no signs of wear, be unmarked, hardware shows no scratches and belts must not have any additional holes punched. If items have been used, we reserve the right to issue partial refunds or no refunds at all. 

Please note that we do not offer exchanges.

Why is my item different than the one in the photos?

Each piece is carefully handmade, making every item unique. Slight variations may occur between pieces.


Please note that colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in display settings.
